Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wag & Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
Delayed Orders: While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays outside of our control.
Lost Orders: If you haven’t received your order within 7 days (UK) or 21 days (International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at michaelthedogg@outlook.com with your name and order number.
Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
